Spanning 22,000 sq ft, the data centre features a total capacity of 315 IT racks with three per rack. We undertook a critical role to oversee and execute the commissioning management for all of the mission-critical systems, ensuring that they were properly installed and that the systems were fully integrated.

We provided testing and commissioning management services of a wide range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, building management systems, extra-low voltage (ELV), security and fire services systems for both the existing and new plants on various levels and in common areas of the building.

To minimise negative impact on the operations of its existing tenants, we engaged and consulted the existing tenants of the data centre at an early stage, ensuring that they understood the possible impact and introduced preventive and responsive measures during the T&C period.

Apart from this, we also carried out environmental commissioning management of the data centre project in line with LEED requirements. The data centre successfully achieved LEED Gold rating by U.S. Green Building Council.

The project was completed in two phases within a period of eleven months.
