Sygna is a new brand with a long history. With the merger of Commtech Asia and Logi-tek (UK), Sygna has over 20 years of experience in commissioning and technical services for some of the world's most influential brands.

Present

Commtech Asia and Logi-tek (UK) are now jointly operating across the built environment as Sygna. The company is united and driven by its goal to be the global leader in commissioning management and technical services. Always forward-looking, Sygna draws on the strengths of its predecessors to provide high-functioning spaces simply and efficiently for clients all over the world.

2021

Cathexis acquired a majority stake in Logi-tek (UK) merging with Commtech Asia to achieve its ambition to create a global commissioning and technical services business.

With the new business entity operating under the strategic direction of Commtech Asia, the foundation for what would later become Sygna took form.

2010-2020

During this decade, Commtech Asia expanded further in Asia, opening offices in Shanghai, Manila, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Likewise, Logi-tek (UK) had grown into a fully international entity serving users across the European continent.

2000-2010

During this decade, in addition to expanding its product range to cities such as Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney, Commtech Asia was acquired by an international construction group , starting a new chapter in the company’s history.

Logi-tek (UK) was founded in 2002. Starting out life as a project management specialist, they developed their commissioning and technical service offerings throughout the 2000s. By 2008, their renowned innovation reporting process had been refined and implemented

1990s

In 1992, Commtech Asia moved from their UK headquarters to the Far East, changing their name to Commtech Asia in the process. In 1999, the company opened its first office in Hong Kong and has since expanded to the entire mainland.

1980s

In 1980, Commtech Asia was founded in the UK by a few passionate engineers. The company’s founders saw a gap in the market for a truly independent commissioning service that put clients and their projects first.
