Who We Are

Sygna is an independent commissioning management and technical services provider, helping clients create high-functioning spaces where people, processes and technology perform at their best.

Our story began in 2002, when the business was founded as Logi-tek (UK) Limited. From our early foundations in technical project and design management, our capabilities evolved into commissioning management and technical services, supporting increasingly complex projects across the built environment.

In 2022, Logi-tek (UK) and Commtech Asia rebranded as Sygna, bringing established commissioning expertise together under one global brand. That same year, Logi-tek (UK) received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade.

Since then, we have continued to expand our expertise and presence across EMEA, delivering more than 100 projects across 2024 and 2025 and strengthening our European footprint with new entities and branches.

In 2026, Sygna entered its next chapter through a strategic partnership with Apleona Group, strengthening our ability to support clients across key markets and deliver our services at greater scale. The same year, we received the King’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade 2026, marking our second recognition at this level.

Today, we work across data centres and mission-critical facilities, commercial developments, life sciences, substations and power infrastructure, supporting clients from early design and technical planning through to commissioning, handover and post-occupancy.

Through technical expertise, collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement, we simplify complex project delivery, mitigate risk and provide confidence that systems will perform as intended from day one and for years to come.
