Client Side Commissioning Services (CxA)

Originally a CAT A building, the project combines a mixture of new & existing services to be utilised on the project, to obtain a BREEAM Excellent status. The building itself consists of a ground & lower ground floor space, with open planned office & marketing spaces across levels 1-8 being, with a kitchen & catering space located on level 7.  ​

Appointed on behalf the client, our role is to manage & oversee the MC commissioning team to successfully deliver the project, achieving key milestone dates along the way and advising on best practise to reduce the risk of complications.
