Sygna was appointed as Commissioning Agent for the Substation supporting the client’s new data centre. The 220kV substation includes two 150MVA transformers supplied by 320MVA feeders.
Our scope covered design review through to energisation, aligning with the client’s commissioning standards.

Design Phase Review – Reviewed design submissions, commissioning specs, and QA/QC plans.
Commissioning Planning – Developed the Commissioning Plan, logic diagrams, test scripts, and tag tracking matrices.
Testing Oversight – Witnessed and supported all testing phases (FAT, Levels 2–4) across factory and site activities.
Issue & Risk Management – Logged, tracked, and resolved commissioning issues to maintain programme integrity.
Reporting & Coordination – Produced daily and weekly progress reports and led commissioning meetings.
Project Handover – Reviewed O&M documentation and delivered the final commissioning report for client acceptance.
