Features of the fit-out include:
Staff catering facilities and a dedicated client suite
Practice floors with a cellular office layout
Gym, multi-purpose and presentation suites

Inter-connecting stairs and terrace areas
Each floor incorporated advanced mechanical, electrical, and building systems to support comfort, efficiency, and sustainability:
Dedicated plant space, LTHW & CHW systems, FCUs, and VAVs
LL condenser system and new critical cooling system
UPS and downflow units
Smoke extract systems and integrated smart building systems
The project targeted BREEAM Excellent, WELL Enabled, and NABERS 5-star ratings, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, wellness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Coordination & Map Days: Organised and led Map Days to ensure seamless coordination between trade contractors from project initiation through to Practical Completion.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Navigated real-time challenges to prevent delays and collaborated closely with the Client Team on commissioning-related matters.
Commissioning Oversight: Managed day-to-day commissioning activities and maintained thorough documentation to ensure system performance and compliance.
Test Script Management: Compiled, finalised, and oversaw Level 4 & 5 test scripts, ensuring accurate validation of all critical systems.
